Every piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for dispatch before your order ships. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Do Matchday 90 pieces fit true to size?

What's your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.

Why is everything embroidered instead of printed?

Embroidery holds up to genuine, repeated wear in a way print doesn't. Every left-chest '90' mark across the range is embroidered, never printed.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to give a reason. This applies regardless of anything else on this page — it's a statutory right, not a store policy.

Our returns policy

On top of that legal minimum, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition, with all tags attached

Return postage is covered by you, the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, this is treated differently from a standard change-of-mind return:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue
We'll cover the cost of return postage in these cases
You'll receive a full refund or a replacement, your choice

Sizing — please check before you order

Because every piece is made to order, we're not able to offer a direct size-for-size exchange in the way a standard retailer might. If you need a different size:

Return your original item following the process below (standard return conditions apply)
Place a new order in the correct size
Your refund for the original item will be processed once it's received back with us

We'll confirm whether your return is eligible and send you the return address
Post the item back to us, unworn and with tags attached
Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
