Straight answers about shipping, sizing, returns, and how Matchday 90 is actually made.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive? Matchday 90 products are produced individually after ordering. Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for production, followed by around 3–4 working days for standard UK delivery.
Most UK orders should therefore arrive within approximately 5–9 working days, although these dates are estimates and may be affected by availability or courier delays.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order is dispatched. Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £50.
Is delivery free? Yes — we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged standard shipping at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK? No. Currently we only ship within the UK.
Sizing & Fit
Do Matchday 90 pieces fit true to size? Fit varies slightly by product — some of our heavier pieces run generously, and we flag this directly with a sizing note on the product page itself wherever it applies. Always check the Size Guide tab on the specific product you're looking at for exact chest and length measurements, rather than assuming one size guide fits the whole range.
Where do I find the size guide for a specific product? Every product page has its own Size Guide, in the accordion section below the product description — measurements differ between hoodies, tees, and other product types, so check the guide on the item itself.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your returns policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
How do I start a return? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your Matchday 90 order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Returned items must be unworn other than for trying on, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage when an item is unwanted or the wrong size or colour, and we recommend using a tracked service.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To choose another size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Can I exchange for a different size? If you want to re-size, then you would need to return your original order and place a new order for the size that you would like. For more information on returns, please follow the process above.
How Our Clothing Is Made
Why is everything embroidered instead of printed? Embroidery holds up to genuine, repeated wear in a way print doesn't — it's a heavier, more durable finish, and it's part of what separates Matchday 90 from fast-fashion football-adjacent clothing. Every left-chest "90" mark across the range is embroidered, never printed.
Where are your products made? Our blank garments are sourced from different specialist manufacturers depending on the product — for exact sourcing information on a specific item, check the "Details & Care" section on that product's own page.
What's the story behind the "90"? Matchday 90 takes its name from two things at once — the ninety minutes that make up a match, and the decade the brand is rooted in. Read the full story on our Our Story page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify using a wide range of cards, digital wallets and flexible payment options.
